This programme will enable an individual to appraise their team members whether it’s for the annual appraisal or for a probationary one. The techniques discussed during the programme can be used by individuals to help manage performance 365 days a year.

Sessions include: Purpose of performance appraisal, explanation of competencies, the pre meeting, how to prepare, some techniques of appraisal including question technique and giving feedback, writing objectives, learning and development needs, self appraisal and structuring the meeting and involves role plays. The programme can be run over one day to a day and a half depending upon numbers.
