How to Discipline within the law

Individuals attending this programme will be able to discipline to the standard required by the Acas Code of Practice.

Sessions include: requirements of a fair dismissal, key elements of Acas code, investigation meeting, disciplinary hearing, witness statements, note taking, role of the companion, requirement’s of the warning letter, suspending an employee and requirements of a fair appeal procedure.  This programme can be run over a day/day and half.
