This is a customer service training programme which focuses on the behavioural aspects of customer service. It can be run as a days training course or as to two half days or on a sessional basis. It is interactive with lots of activities for individuals to get involved in.

Sessions include: who are your customers, first impressions, communication skills, remembering names, product knowledge, selling skills and complaint handling.
